As an animation director working in house at The Marmalade, I regularly get in touch with state-of-the-art tabletop live action footage. Since I am working mostly in illustration and 2D animation I felt it would be great to combine these two (usually separated) worlds to create some new and interesting images. The result is a short non-commercial animated film about an astronaut and his dog on a fantastic journey that feels a bit like Captain Future taking Moebius and Hergé for a ride.
