Attitude isn’t something you can buy. If you’ve got it, you own it. It’s an effortless sense of self defined by where you've been, who you know, and what you've experienced. It’s as much about the walk or the hairstyle as it is about the feeling. Whether it’s a drag queen turning a bodega into her throne or dancers turning a subway ride into Showtime, New Yorkers have attitude. That’s why i-D and göt2b came together to present the A-Z of Attitude, the newest film in i-D’s A-Z series showing off the many attitudes and hair looks found on the streets of New York. And while there may only be 26 letters in our encyclopedia of attitude, there is no limit to expressing a unique identity. In the words of Alexis (O for O.G.), “Why blend in when you can stand out as an individual?"
