Henry Scholfield has created a visual tropical feast in his video for Warner Bros Records‘ rising star Dua Lipa’s latest single ‘New Rules’, taken from her recently released self- titled debut album. Shot in Miami, Scholfield showcases what he does best, utilising on point choreography, clever camera trickery and perfectly stylised production design; he transports us straight into our protagonist’s world with his clever transitions, as we move smoothly from hotel to poolside in the heat of 1950s Americana Summer. On trend tropical nuances are weaved into the film throughout be it in the girls’ out outfits, flamingos or pastel summer hues creating the perfect palette to match this catchy summer track.
